Moonlight Kit for October

Moonlight is one of my favorite paper packs, even though I'm not real big on Halloween. I still like the colors and stamp sets. I love that Moonlight can be fall and/or Halloween, especially since some people shy away from the holiday. These pages would be just as cute with leaves and other fall accessories and stamps.

My Craft Channel and CTMH

Close to My Heart announced that they would be featuring videos on My Craft Channel. I personally have never heard of this site before, but it's awesome! There are tons of different types of crafting videos from all sorts of people.

Here's the first video from VPs Kristine and Monica. It's only a promo video though. Can't wait to see the real one!

Cricut Artiste Video from CTMH Corporate

I just got my new Artiste Cricut Cartridge yesterday! I was pleasantly surprised to see these videos on the CTMH website today. They contain some very good tips for using this cartridge and it's handbooks. Both videos are brief. You can order the cartridge from my website right here!

Celebrate National Stamping Month with CTMH!

Here's Monica from CTMH Corporate with a video about this amazing deal...I just love seeing the vertical page protectors being used as an actual scrapbook page and not a place to stuff those extra photos. Ingenious!

The New Cricut Artiste Cartridge from CTMH

I can not wait to get this cartridge! There are so many cute 3D items this time! When you thumb through the online version of the new Idea Book, you'll see tons of creations using this cartridge. I dare say it's even better than the last one! One of my favorites is the Halloween coffin on pg. 71. Also, the little baby shoe is something I want to try. Check out some of the other cool 3-D things you can create with Artiste!

Just like last time, it does come with 3 sheets of Dimensional Elements and 3 stamp sets. This can cut 700 images like Art Philosophy. Most cartridges will cut about 30 images and you'll pay about $30 for it. So, the CTMH carts are TOTALLY worth your money!

New Scrapbook Club Forming!

It's been awhile, but I'm ready to start up a club again. I have met a few scrapbookers here on Island and I've heard that some of you haven't really scrapbooked since I left the States!? So Much To Say...

Commissioning Ceremony in KC.

First, I have been BUSY! Some of you know what's been going on with me, some of you don't. A lot has happened with us since my last post. Last fall, my husband was commissioned as a Navy Chaplain. We were given 6 different choices of duty stations. Not really knowing if we would get our first choice, we chose Okinawa, Japan. So here we are!

I also started homeschooling last fall for the first time. I have 4 kids, but only 3 are school age. Still, it was....time-consuming. :)

Now we're all settled in off-base housing. We are all finally making friends and finding our niche here. We are loving it, of course!

But with the new CTMH Idea Book coming out next month, I'm ready to get scrapbooking again. I just have not had time for it lately. There are a few things to be excited about-- a NEW CTMH Cricut Cartridge called Artiste, several different workshops (home decor!), and many, many stamp sets.
