Mojo Monday blog to see what sketch they've come up with for the week. This is not the first time I've tried their sketch, but it is the first time I'm posting it! This sketch looked like a no-fuss solution for my brother's birthday card.
I used all Close To My Heart products, of course! I used paper from Veranda (retired) and Olivia. Cardstock used was textured Desert Sand, regular Desert Sand, Cocoa, and Colonial White. The stamp set used for Happy Birthday is Express Postage (retired). The fleur or crest image (don't really know what to call it) is from the Lucky Workshop Kit. I think I'll use that stamp set a lot.
I also used the Kraft Color Ready Borders. I LOVE this new product. For only $5.95, you get 50 borders in many different shapes. Each border is 12x12 inches long. You will want to buy some of these in case they retire anytime soon.
Also, don't forget to see my previous post about the Hope for Japan Exclusive stamp set. All proceeds will go to the American Red Cross to benefit relief efforts in Japan.
