The Date is Set!

My Spring Crop date has been set--April 16th. Click on the 12 Hour Crop tab at the top of my blog to see more information.

I LOVE putting this on! I also do my best to give away tons of prizes and get rid of my old scrapbooking stuff.

This year, I will have space for YOU to bring your old scrapbooking items to swap out with someone else. Your trash is someone else's treasure. The way this works is you bring stuff you don't want and put it on the designated table (I'll make that clear at the crop). Then as everyone puts their unwanted items there, you are able to peruse it and take home what you'd like. You can bring any brand of scrapbooking items-- it does not have to be CTMH.

Find Your Style, January Stamp Of The Month

I created this card a few days ago and haven't had time to post it until today. I used the January Stamp of the Month, Find Your Style. I adore this set!

I embossed the phrase, the dressform, and even the edges of the white cardstock in black embossing powder. Then I sponged Vineyard Berry, Juniper, and Sweet Leaf ink in a random pattern over the phrases. I love this look.

My favorite part is the ribbon "skirt" and the "necklace" on the dressform. You can click on the photos to see them larger.

Spray Pen, Unplugged

January Stamp of the Month Artwork

The top 3 cards are made using January's Stamp of the Month--Find Your Style. I fell in love with this set the moment I saw it. I love how the words are integrated into the background of the stamps.

The images are pretty spot-on with scrapbooking and stamping trends right now. I love how Jeanette Lynton does her research and stays on top of things in the stamping and scrapbooking world.
